The National Highway Authority (NHA) has planned to construct a 200-kilometer road from Nokundi in Chagai district of Balochistan on Iran border to Panjgoor for providing a link to Gwadar Port, an official of NHA told APP on Monday.

He said the NHA has issued a tender for hiring consultancy services for the feasibility study and detailed design for construction of Nokundi-Mashkhel-Panjgoor Road.

According to this arrangement, $35 billion is not a loan but investment.
